Wedding pricing

The following wedding pricing will apply to weddings in the year 2012. This is for weddings 35 miles from my home. Mileage fees may apply for farther travel.

$800 -
A Non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date. Balance is due upon my arrival at your wedding, or sooner.

This covers:

2 hours of my time Before the Ceremony.
The entire Ceremony coverage.
The traditional Group photos.
And 2 hrs of coverage into the Reception.
(additional hours will be charged at $40 per hour)

You will receive:

A hard cover, Custom Designed, 20 page Wedding Book, designed by me with the photos of YOUR choice. (approx 50-60 photos).
An online preview of your book will be available for your viewing, to make any necessary changes to it, before it goes on order. Additional pages can be added for additional fees.

You will also be able to view all of your wedding photos from the comfort of your own home, as they will be posted online, within a reasonable time frame, after your wedding. You may view and purchase from that viewing site. All of your photos will be offered to view/order in color, black-and-white, and also sepia tone.

If you would like the entire collection of your wedding memories on disc, that will be offered to you for an additional $300 and a copyright permission slip included.

Since there never seems to be a "package" that fits everyone's personal needs, I do not sell packages, but I let YOU choose the poses you want in the sizes you need!!! All photos can be purchased "a la carte" style!! Individual pricing for photos can be reviewed on my "pricing and info" page, and will be priced the same as the Seniors and Family Pricing.

If your reception is at a different date than the ceremony, or if there is an abnormally long window of time between the ceremony and reception, additional fees may apply. Receptions that are beyond a 'normal' distance from the ceremony may also have additional fees.

Please be aware that I will be using flash during your ceremony. I will, however, NOT be intrusive during your ceremony.

If you have more wants and needs, I am more than happy to talk with you about anything special you have in mind.

I can also offer some very creative Custom Designs and would love to create one for you. A few examples of those can be seen on the "Weddings" page, here on my website. (fees apply)

Additional books will also be available for purchase and I also can offer some very reasonably priced keepsake books that make very nice gifts for the ones closest to you.

If you are having a rehearsal, I would like to have a choice of attending so I can look around and get some ideas before the wedding, and also to talk with you about your photos. Any pictures taken during your rehearsal will just be a bonus to your collection at no extra cost to you.

PLEASE dont hesitate to ask specific questions. I am more than happy to do my best to make your special day a special memory in photos for you. I would like to sit down with you beforehand and make sure things are done to your liking.
