The following wedding pricing will apply to weddings in the year 2013. This is for weddings 35 miles from my home. Mileage fees may apply for farther travel.
$1200 is the price for weddings in 2013
Please take the time to read below to see what is included for $1200.... it's quite a bit to read,
but it may answer a lot of questions you may have. Call to check availability for your date!

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The $1000 balance will be due no later than my arrival on the day of your wedding.
For your $1200, you will receive the following:
A free engagement sitting at a location of your choice, within 25 miles from Morenci. If you
wish to have a farther location, $1 per mile beyond 25 miles. Those engagement photos
will be put online for you to view and/or order from. A CD of all of your engagement photos
will be offered to you for $125, or you may choose to purchase only the prints you would like.
I will supply up to 2 newspapers a digital photo, free of charge. Those must be emailed directly
to the newspaper.This engagement sitting also allows us time to chat about your wedding day needs.
I will be at your wedding a couple hours before the ceremony. I will be taking photos of the
"before the ceremony" things, as much as possible.
I will be taking all of the customary "group" photos after the ceremony. (unless we have set
up another time to do those, but most of these shots get done following the ceremony) We will
have gone over a list of the people you would like included in these group shots.
I will also take photos of the bridal party at a 2nd location, other than the church. (optional)
To keep your guests from waiting too long at the reception, I do suggest that this location needs to
be nearby the church or reception hall. And I cannot stress enough that the bridal party needs
to stay focused and organized during this time. The more organized everyone is, the more
photos you will get. If anyone in the party has small children with them, they MUST have someone along to take care of the kids.
For the group shots at the ceremony location, and the group shots of the bride/groom and
bridal party, PLEASE allow AT LEAST one hour for these photos. There are a lot of photos
that need to be done for you to have the memories of your special day captured. If at all
possible, leaving a bit of a gap between the ceremony and reception will keep your guests
from getting too antsy waiting for you to arrive at the reception location.
I will also be at your reception for approx 2-3 hours. This usually allows me plenty of time to
get the normal "reception" photos. The cake cut, the first dance, the garter/bouquet toss, etc.
I will plan to sit down and enjoy the meal at your reception (if there is a meal being served), so
please include me and my husband in your head count for your caterer. My husband, if available
the day of your wedding, will also have camera in hand and will be the second shooter. He is
not guaranteed to be there, but most times he does come with me and gets a different angle on
After your wedding festivities are over, I spend hours at the computer, organizing, cropping, and editing your photos. I will choose some to do special editing to. I will put ALL of your photos
online, usually within 6 weeks of your wedding. (sometimes even quicker). I try my best to get
them online for you as soon as possible, as I know how eager you are to see them. I may also choose to put a few on Facebook also, so please add me as a friend so I can tag you in those.
I will then put ALL of your photos on DVD for you! The DVD will have a custom photo label on
it. You will be able to print, share, etc from that DVD. I ask that you NOT send them to magazines
OR contests of any kind. But you WILL receive a copyright release for prints and copies as you
wish. I can not guarantee prints that do not come from me. (quality, color, lightness, etc)
And the photos online will also be available for viewing and/or ordering for your relatives and guests!
Most weddings end up with any where from 600 - 1200 photos, depending on your particular wedding. They will be organized on your DVD into catagories such as "before the ceremony",
"the ceremony", the "group photos", "the reception", etc. This is to make browsing them a bit
easier for you.
And the final thing you will get is a CUSTOM DESIGN, in a 16x20, all framed and ready to hang!
I choose a few photos to work with, and create beautiful designs from wedding photos. They are all
custom and I do NOT use "cookie cutter" templates. I put my heart into them. Examples of those
on my Facebook business page, and I can show some of those to you during your engagement
The above outline is what is 'customary'. I can adjust anything to fit your needs. I can add more
hours to your wedding at $40 per hour. I want things to be the way YOU want them and I try to
make things stress free the day of your wedding, at least where the photography is concerned. :)
Please be aware that I will be using flash during your ceremony. I will, however, NOT be intrusive during your ceremony.
If you have more wants and needs, I am more than happy to talk with you about anything special you have in mind.
If you are having a rehearsal, I would like to have a choice of attending so I can look around and get some ideas before the wedding and to also check my lighting situations. Any pictures taken during your rehearsal will just be a bonus to your collection at no extra cost to you. Please do not plan for me to stay at your rehearsal for your meal, if you are having one. I am only there for a short time and may not stay for the entire rehearsal.
