What do I do if it won't let me check out?
Please completely LOG OUT, close out your internet browser. Reopen your internet, log back in and try again. Seems odd, but the few that have had troubles checking out in the past, this seems to work. Please double check your cart contents. If this does not work, please email me!!! This seems to be a glitch that happens only once in a while, and i am trying to find a remedy, but it happens so rarely that this bug has been hard to squish. :)
How do I compare 2 photos side by side?
Below the photos are symbols. Click on the flag symbol so it turns green. Move to another thumbnail to choose your 2nd photo and click the flag under that one too. An option will now come up to compare the 2 you have flagged.
How do I see my pictures in Black-n-White or Sepia Tone?
When you are viewing a photo and the price list is to the right, look above the photo for a little square that is black and white cut diagonally. Click on that for options.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Registering provides me with necessary info to ship your order, when placed. I do not share your info with anyone and do not send out annoying emails. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
If I make a favorites list with they stay in there until my next visit?
Only if you are registered for an account. Registering is FREE.
I can't seem to log in.

How soon should I receive my digital image that I purchased?
You should have your digital image in your email within 48 hours. (I try my best to email them the same day they're ordered, but there are circumstances where I am out of town for a show or something and can not get to them immediately) If you do not receive within 48 hrs, PLEASE email me. Please check your spam folder first and make sure your inbox is not too full to accept it.
I was given an access code. How do I use it?
Click on the gallery you are wanting to view. Enter the access code you were given in the box. If you have forgotten your access code, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. (it may take up to 48 hours for me to respond, depending on my schedule).
